STEELTECH has production areas with burning and welding robot systems for the efficient manufacture of high quality structural steel components.
- 2 numerically controlled flame cutting machines with 6 flame cutters
and a work space measuring 6m x 25m - 2 chamfering robots with 5 and 7 axes
- 5 welding robots for components weighing up to 5 tonnes
- Blasting plant
- Press brake with 400-tonnes capacity at a width of 3,000 mm
We process steels with a tensile strength of up to 900 N/mm2.
Our lifting capacity of up to 63 tonnes means that we have great flexibility in the manufacture of steel structures in terms of size and weight.
Our construction team will use your CAD data and will be available to make any adjustments.
